We create innovative, eco-friendly cold chain solutions that blend cutting-edge technology with sustainable practices.

Our innovation

What is Phaslo PCF?

Phaslo PCF* is our scientific, food-safe cooling solution. Depending on the packaging, it can maintain optimal temperature requirements from a few hours to a few days. It works by absorbing thermal energy without changing its own temperature for a period of time. PCF can be customised from sub-zero to ultra-frozen to chilled and is activated by freezing.

Protecting the integrity of your critical cold chain shipments, Phaslo PCF also reduces environmental impact and provides reliable temperature control both within and outside the cold chain. It is recyclable, easy to dispose of and can be single or multi-use.

Unlike traditional dry ice, which is classified as a dangerous good with a high carbon footprint, Phaslo PCF is a safe, sustainable and eco-friendly alternative.

Optimise Costs. Enhance Efficiency. Minimise Emissions.

Industries we serve

We are on a mission to revolutionise cold chain across aviation, pathology and food supply through our advanced cooling products and innovative logistics tracking and monitoring.

Pathology

A game-changing ex-lab solution, Phaslo Pathology enhances diagnostic precision with technologies that improve cooling, insulation and speed. Our integrated systems maintain strict temperature controls, ensure rapid specimen transport, reduce delays and lost specimens. Optimised for seamless integration and scalability, our solutions improve logistics, increase diagnostic accuracy and enhance health outcomes, providing substantial benefits to healthcare providers and patients.

Aviation

We customise solutions for airline catering needs, ensuring onboard meals stay cold and fresh. From keeping meals frozen to maintaining optimal temperatures in service trolleys, we tailor temperature control to match. Phaslo PCF is food-safe, reusable and easy to dispose of. It can be single-use, multi-use, or recyclable, offering a safe alternative to dry ice. By reducing aviation emissions and, in some cases, the weight of flight cargo, Phaslo PCF helps airlines operate more efficiently and environmentally responsibly. Importantly, Phaslo PCF is not classified as a Dangerous Good.

Food Supply

Our Phaslo PCF cold chain options ensure frozen items and perishables remain fresh, chilled, and safe during extended periods outside the cold chain for remote air, sea, or land transport. For example, Phaslo PCF maintains the temperature for the transport of frozen ice cream for up to 4 hours with further applications across seafood and produce. This reduces the risk of spoilage and maintains quality and product integrity in hard-to-reach locations.
